Studio BB has been a dream for decades and became a reality in 2018. Growing from a small side hustle to an independent interior design studio in 2023, Studio BB is passionate about designing spaces to make your heart happy. Founded by Brittany Bachteal Walker, an NCIDQ certified designer and LEED Green Associate. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Michigan State University and has designed and planned a variety of space typologies throughout her 13 years in the industry.

At the core of Brittany’s approach to design is an authentic interest in her clients and how they wish to use their space - both commercial & residential. Paired with a passion for attainable, sustainable design, Brittany prioritizes user wellbeing and creates nurturing interior spaces through the creative use of light, texture and environmentally conscious materials.

Away from the studio, Brittany cherishes her time at Torch Lake with her family and is continuously inspired by nature’s playfulness.
